My Hilariously Tragic Time

My life used to suck so bad, I thought the universe was sending me a personal "how not to live" tutorial. I was sobbing like someone just told me the last bite of chocolate was gone! I wanted to change things, but what did I do? I became the world champion of bitching! Honestly, I was acting like“How to Be an Idiot 101.” Stupid? Check. Dumb? Double check.

Oh, and let’s talk about my eating habits. I was on a strict diet of junk food, guess what? Gaining weight really added that extra sprinkle of depression to my life. But hey, I was a master at pretending my life was fabulous. Bravo, me!


When you deeply desire to change, the Universe always finds a way to guide you. I took a bold step by resigning from my job and moving to another city, embracing the exciting possibilities that await. This journey is filled with hope and new beginnings, reminding me that every ending is a chance for a fresh start.


On a Quest to Find Myself

I took charge of my life by committing to a daily routine of running for 15-20 minutes and working out for an additional 20 minutes and I adhered to my diet with precision, all did was avoid junk and it's been eleven months since I had a Soft Drink. I'm deeply thankful to my aunt for welcoming me into her home and being my role model. Her inspiring lifestyle motivated me to embrace positive changes. She always has my back; she feels more like a modern mom to me. Through my journey of reading, one transformative book turned me from a weak individual into a confident powerhouse, helping me cultivate new, empowering habits.


My research continues to uncover effective strategies, and I have discovered that just three key habits can create a monumental difference. These habits may seem ordinary, but they are crucial. They have propelled individuals to success, happiness, wealth, and health.

Now, consider how you will feel when you reach your goal. How do you feel when you think about your desires being fulfilled?

Close your eyes and immerse yourself in that feeling. You feel good, right? Definitely.

But now, let’s shift our focus. How will you feel if something bad happens? Imagine the crushing weight of shattering your dreams. The feeling of irritation and disappointment?

Take a moment to sense it. You feel worse, don’t you? Perhaps even depressed. It’s concerning to think about these emotions and how they can affect you.

Have you ever stopped to consider how much time you truly feel good in a day? If you find that the majority of your time is filled with negative feelings, it’s crucial to recognize that you might be inadvertently attracting more negativity into your life.

On the other hand, if you discover that you are predominantly experiencing happiness, you are actively attracting prosperity and abundance.

Emotions and feelings are Energies. The energy you emit shapes your reality, and by nurturing positive feelings, you open the door to greater opportunities and joy.

I'm using it these days, it emits wonderful results. Here we go, "THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT", yes simple.


For example, you don’t want your manager to hand you a mountain of work that makes you feel like you’re auditioning for a role in a survival movie; you want to do just enough work and leave the office with a smile that says, “I didn’t just survive, I thrived!” You just have to picture it: you’re having a fabulous day at the office, sipping your coffee like a boss, and wrapping up your tasks with a sense of accomplishment.

But instead, what do we often do? We might think, “Ah, this manager is unreasonable; he’s going to load me with so much work. How can I possibly finish it? He shouldn’t dump this workload on me like I’m the trash can at a fast-food joint!” And the same scenarios tend to unfold. It’s like we’ve signed up for a never-ending game of ‘Dodge the Deadline,’ and guess what? We’re losing! This is what you’ve attracted along the way—like a magnet for stress and a personal assistant to anxiety.


Additionally, You have to believe it, before you see it. You believe what could go wrong and it showed. In the same way, you believe what you want should come to you.


"You have to find a way of believing what you want, because if you don't believe what you want, what you want cannot come."


How to get away with Unwanted Thought or How to get into a Wanted Thought:


"The more specific you become in a thought, the more intense it becomes.

The more general you become in a thought the less intense it becomes."


If a thought makes you feel good, think about it more and more, and play with the vibration.

If a thought makes you feel discomfort, step back and think what you want.


I've noticed a hilarious trend among people when I ask them, "What do you want?" It's like I've just opened the floodgates to a complaint department! Instead of a clear answer, I get a detailed list of everything they don't want. It's like asking a kid what their favorite ice cream flavor is, and they respond with, "Well, I definitely don’t want broccoli-flavored ice cream!"

So here’s the deal: if you want a slice of pizza, don’t tell me you don’t want a salad! Be specific! What you want is what you desire, not a laundry list of your culinary nightmares! Imagine if we approached life like that: “I want a million dollars, but I don’t want it in pennies!”

Next time someone asks you what you want, channel your inner genie and say, “I want a unicorn that poops rainbows!” Because who needs to focus on the negatives when you can dream big? Let’s skip the anti-wish list and aim for the stars—preferably without any broccoli in sight!

These days, it seems like people are eating and drinking like they’re auditioning for a role in a documentary titled “Pigs Gone Wild.”

Let’s be real here. Cravings have become the official excuse for turning into a human vacuum cleaner. “Oh, I’m just craving a whole pizza... with extra cheese... and a side of regret.” It’s like we’ve all collectively agreed that our stomachs are the new boss, and they’re demanding snacks at all hours!


The Healthy Eating

But come on, folks! Eating healthy isn’t just for rabbits and yoga instructors. It’s important! Mindful eating is like a spa day for your insides. You know, instead of treating your body like a dumpster behind a fast-food joint, try giving it some love. Maybe even a salad once in a while! Who knew greens could be more than just a garnish for your fries?

The Balance

So, let’s find a balance between “I can’t stop eating this giant slice of cake” and “I’m basically a salad guru.” Because, if we don’t, we might end up in a future where “craving” is just code for “I’m too lazy to chew my food.” And nobody wants to be that person!
